Try something different
My inspiration comes from Tenzing Norgay, a Sherpa who supported Edmund Hillary in becoming the first person to summit Mount Everest on 29 May 1953.
My clients are mostly ex-consultants (Accenture and MBB), capital markets professionals, founders, alumni of London Business School. None of this is a prerequisite; it is more of a reflection of my professional background. Most of my coachees are UK-based or comfortable with the London time zone.
I bring a practical toolbox that helps you sharpen your strategic thinking skills, resolve conflicts, build a personal brand, navigate political pitfalls, and build confidence for crucial interactions.
Most importantly, I am there for you as your thinking partner at inflexion points when you need it most.
If you feel like your career is stalling, drifting aimlessly, or resembling a Groundhog Day film, I have some good news—you are not alone. As an Executive Coach, I guide my clients to discover their inner strength, resilience, and purpose. Everyone can create a fulfilling and meaningful career, and I am here to help you achieve that—one step at a time.

Please reach out to me if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Currently, I operate a ‘Two sessions a day max’ rule. This rule limits my available bandwidth. The reason is the amount of time I currently need to research and write notes after each session. I plan to increase max number of sessions to three in 2025.
My functional experience includes roles in business transformation, technology, product, strategy, financial analysis and business development.
I worked in top-tier consulting, banking and technology companies.

100% of my current clients prefer Zoom sessions. However, if you are in Central London, and prepared to pay 100% surcharge we can discuss this possibility.
The frequency of coaching sessions depends on the individual and their goals. For most clients, meetings every two weeks work best as this cadence generates the fastest progression; however, meetings every four weeks work well enough for others.
Almost everyone occasionally needs an emergency session ahead of an essential C-level meeting or presentation, and I always make myself available for these requests.
My corporate price aligns with the average market price (est.£250 per session). I offer 20% discount to self-funded customers. Please note I have a different price structure for C-level execs, please contact me to learn more. Also, I offer a 40% discount from my standard rate to all gift card sessions and the LBS alum community.
Yes, it is possible. Please note a 100% surcharge is applied to the weekend sessions.
The pricing aligns with the market; however, the price you get at your first session will remain fixed until you are promoted. I am confident you will be happy to pay a bit more at that stage.
In short, the answer is yes. However, it is important to have a routine and these sessions are exclusively about your career. So my expectations are that you treat them with the same level of priority as you assign to own career development.
Yes, if you are self-funded.
If you think there was no value at the end of a session, I will give you an immediate and full refund for that session. This applies to self-funded customers only.
Corporate terms do not have refunds, as I do not have the capacity to navigate admin challenges.
